WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
The Venus & Mars Online Boutique accepts payments via credit card (MasterCard, VISA and Amex) or PayPal. The amount of the purchase is debited from your account as soon as the order is placed.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, please use the following links. Please ensure you check what courier company your order was sent with (this can be found on your shipment email) to ensure you are viewing the correct shipping information.

WHAT ARE PRE ORDERS?
Pre Orders give you the opportunity to get in first on the fashion forward looks for the upcoming season. There is very limited stock and we highly recommend to place your pre order before stock sells out.
WHAT ARE THE PRE ORDER TERMS?
- Pre Order items online have a delivery estimated date and they may arrive early or late depending on the suppliers dispatch.
- If you wish to cancel your Pre Order; please notify us via email and you have the option to receive a refund, exchange or credit note in return for your purchase.
- If you have received your Online Pre Order you can always return your order as Per the Venus & Mars Online RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY.
IS THE ONLINE RETURNS POLICY THE SAME AS THE STORE POLICY?

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND?
Yes, as long as the Return T&C’s have been matched and you have requested a refund this will be issued within 7 Business days from the day we receive the return. This excludes sale items.
